AGENT WORKFLOW

See how an agent workflow works.

Each inquiry moves through the same five steps. The agent does the routine work, and a person signs off before anything with consequences goes out.

  1. Intake An inquiry arrives. The agent records who sent it and what they need.
  2. Preparation The agent checks fit, gathers details, and drafts the next step.
  3. Human approval Invoices, proposals, and other actions with consequences wait for a person.
  4. Action Once approved, the agent updates the CRM and sends what was signed off.
  5. Follow-up The agent tracks replies and payments and flags anything stuck.
