The Rectangle is Dream Awake Labs’s R&D and prototyping lab. We work with clients and partners on interactive stories and experiences, robotics and physical AI, projection, XR, and AI agent systems.

Work with us to explore a technical question, prototype an interaction, or develop a new experience. We help creative teams, businesses, and venue operators make their ideas tangible and learn what works.

- **Interactive stories & experiences**: Prototype characters, narratives, and interactions that respond to people’s choices. Test how the story feels when someone takes part.
- **Robotics & physical AI**: Explore how intelligent systems sense, move, and respond in the physical world, from embodied characters to human–robot interaction.
- **Projection, sound & light**: Turn a room into part of the experience. Prototype projected worlds and installations that respond through visuals, audio, and lighting.
- **XR & spatial interaction**: Connect digital worlds with physical spaces through mixed reality, spatial interfaces, and shared play, with or without headsets.
- **AI agent systems**: Develop agents that use tools, coordinate tasks, and respond to context. Test their behavior in an experience or a business workflow.
- **LBE & venue prototypes**: Develop location-based entertainment for a real space. Try the core experience in the lab before scoping a pilot for your venue.
