The Rectangle is our Santa Cruz development and prototyping space. Test the core interaction here before planning the full installation.

1. **Scope**: Define the audience, experience, site constraints, budget, and technical risks. Agree on a focused development plan.
2. **Prototype**: Build a working interaction at The Rectangle. Playtest, refine, and document what the venue version needs.
3. **Pilot & deploy**: Adapt the prototype to your site. Plan hardware integration, installation, operator training, and ongoing support as part of the project scope.

Each inquiry moves through the same five steps. The agent does the routine work, and a person signs off before anything with consequences goes out.

1. **Intake**: An inquiry arrives. The agent records who sent it and what they need.
2. **Preparation**: The agent checks fit, gathers details, and drafts the next step.
3. **Human approval**: Invoices, proposals, and other actions with consequences wait for a person.
4. **Action**: Once approved, the agent updates the CRM and sends what was signed off.
5. **Follow-up**: The agent tracks replies and payments and flags anything stuck.
